Honorary Lifetime directors are appointed in recognition and appreciation of at least 12 years of service on the Board, including years as an associate. Honorary Directors are non-voting board members who continue to provide their wisdom and experience by keeping informed on current topics of concern to the Board, attend meetings and participate in discussions of the Board and Committees.
